This was our second time at the surgical hospital. Both times were 100% positive experiences. It was as clean as could be, all the staff were helpful, pleasant and professional. There was complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee in the comfortable waiting area. Even though they are out of network with our insurance company and these surgeries were very expensive, they adjusted our bill after the insurance company paid their part and did not ask us the pay the difference. I honestly can’t think of a single thing they could do better. Highly recommend this surgical hospital.

They took really great care of my daughter who had double surgery on her Rotator Cuff& Hand. Then about two weeks later, the Surgical Hospital donated some much needed things to The City Rescue Mission, where I work. Good hearts, great people!

We have experienced this great staff’s friendliness & expertise at least 6 times that comes to mind immediately. EVERY time we were there for a procedure or surgery was a great experience! I might also mention we live 2 1/2 hours away, but it is worth the drive!!

The surgeon, the nurses (Rhonda and I do believe her name was Lindsay I was still pretty out of it when I came out) are beautiful souls! They were all very thorough and made sure all questions I had were answered no matter how trivial. Thank you for making my experience as calm as possible!

They where all nice and caring. They let you know everything that was going on and what they where doing, I really like that. Before I new it I was on my way home. That’s how good they are. Thank you so much for that.

I just had surgery there yesterday on my foot and I had the best experience! Didn’t feel anything when my IV was inserted, my surgery began right on time, and there was only one other person in the pre op waiting area besides myself. My nurses were super attentive and made me feel comfortable and less nervous!

The people where nice and very polite. A good place to have a surgery. It was very clean.

Everyone was extremely nice and compassionate. I’ve had many, many surgeries and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for that!!
